Renewing Membership
How to Renew:
1. Login to membership profile with username and password
(Corp Rep and Booth Rep only)
To retrieve user credentials, click ‘Recover my Username’ or ‘Forgot my Password’ and a reset email will sent to your primary email address on file. If you have a new email address or would like to confirm the current Individual Rep for your company, contact PDAC.
The Individual Membership Rep can modify their personal contact information by selecting 'Update Individual Membership Profile'.

How to join
1. Create an account
Under ‘New to PDAC’ on the login screen
2. Become a new corporate member
You also have the option to click ‘Create an Account’ and sign in with a username and password. If you choose this option, you will be directed to the dashboard to apply for membership.
3. Complete application and submit payment
Fill in contact information for company and corporate representative, choose membership type and select 'Proceed to Checkout'. To obtain a receipt, return to your home screen and click 'Individual Transaction History'.

Core Membership
The Core Member loyalty program requires continuous, annual membership with payments made each year between October 1 and December 31. Members who maintain 25 years of continuous membership qualify for free lifetime membership at the age of 65.
Fee:
$95.00/year
NOTE: All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars. Taxes are applied based on the individual's province of residence. International members are tax-exempt.

Regular Membership
Regular members can join the association at any time of the year and are eligible to become a Core member after one year of membership.

Senior Membership

Student Membership
Students can access funding for academic geoscience field trips and travel support to attend the PDAC Convention. They also benefit from discounted convention registration, short courses, and exclusive member-only webinars for further learning and networking.
Life Membership
Life membership is a special honour awarded to PDAC members who maintain 25 years of continuous membership and who have reached 65 years of age. Life members do not pay annual membership fees.

General
No, individuals and companies from anywhere in the world can join the PDAC.
PDAC membership is based on the calendar year from January 1 through December 31. If you renew or join between October 1 and December 31, you will enjoy membership through the next calendar year.
Membership numbers are displayed on your member dashboard and on your receipt/invoice under customer ID.
Individual members must login to their membership profile at events.pdac.ca and click, “Update Individual Membership Profile”.
Corporate member representatives (and booth representatives) must login to their profile at events.pdac.ca and click, “Update Corporate Membership Profile” to modify company details. Corporate representatives can update their own contact information by clicking, “Update Individual Membership Profile”.
To obtain an individual membership invoice or receipt, login to your profile at events.pdac.ca and click, “Invoices/Receipts” under Individual Membership.
To obtain a corporate membership invoice or receipt, the corporate member representative or booth representative can login to their respective profile and click “Invoices/Receipts” under Corporate Membership.

No. If you would like to take advantage of the discounted member rate on registration, you can renew or apply for a new individual membership and register for the convention at the same time.
RENEWING – login to your profile and click, "Register for PDAC 2024" under Attendee Registration. You must select the "membership" option in order to receive the discounted rate on registration. The individual membership dues will be added to your cart and you will be prompted to complete the registration form.
JOINING - if you have never been a member in the past, create an account to obtain a username and password. If you have been a member in the past, you may login using your existing credentials. If you cannot remember your username and/or password, click the "Recover username/Forgot password" button and follow the onscreen instructions. After login, click "Register for PDAC 2024" under Attendee Registration.
